The firm handles many areas of law including criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, immigration, trusts and estates, family, OFAC, business transactional and whistleblower law.

Job Summary

Price Benowitz, LLP currently has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the coordination and implementation of many of the firm's marketing strategies.The Marketing Coordinator will manage various projects and campaigns for the firm such as newsletters, website audits, link building projects, and a variety of other tasks related to the firms marketing efforts. This position requires a candidate that has experience in marketing and is truly passionate about the different aspects of marketing. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinates and takes part in marketing campaigns via various channels including online, search, print, email, video, all social media and live experience.
  • Collaborates with management to determine and implement marketing initiatives, both short and long-term, helping determine which methods work and why.
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews.
  • Leverages data to gauge content themes, topics, and effectiveness. Define key metrics and provide analytics and make recommendations based on those results.
  • Coordinates the content and publishing of the monthly newsletter and eNewsletter.
  • Oversees the firms profiles and directories
  • Conducts periodic website audits and adds content to our website and social media sites.
  • Obtains client testimonials.
  • Handles mailings.
  • Keeps track of statistics for the firm.
  • Ensures that all aspects of marketing for the firm, communications, and community relations are addressed and working effectively.
  • Takes part in other essential functions of the firm. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Editorial skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
  • Prior team lead or management experience is preferred.
  • Prior project management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity and experience with principles of marketing.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java, web publishing, Flash, etc. is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
