We are seeking an Intern for this for spring/summer 2024.  As a Legal & Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Operations and Criminal Defense legal teams focusing on supporting the firm. In this role you will help assist with clerical duties, client support, and special projects.  This is an unpaid internship position, that assumes that college credits will be offered for the internship.


Intern duties and responsibilities
  • Answers and directs incoming calls.
  • Performs administrative and customer service functions essential to the operations of the firm.
  • Gather discovery information.
  • Obtain police records and evidence.
  • Conducts basic research.
  • Assists with scheduling important dates or meetings.
  • Assists with the gathering and completion on necessary documentation.
  • Assists with the management of databases and files.
  • Performs client relation responsibilities as assigned.
  • Assists with other essential functions of the firm and its practice areas, as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have previous office experience.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Good organizational, time management, customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check.
