Job Summary
Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to expand its existing Family Law practice group. The Family Law Attorney must have experience with handling a range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence. The position will focus on legal research and drafting, client support and communication, but no litigation/trial work since this position will be based outside of the jurisdiction where those cases are being adjudicated. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare quality pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memos, and correspondence.
- Manage discovery, document production, and other necessary case functions.
- Support all aspects of caseload management.
- Conduct client meetings remotely (video/call).
- Effectively communicate with clients to execute strategic plans and manage client expectations.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Family Law experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a State Bar and in Good Standing.
- Must have excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required, along with a keen attention to detail.
