Looking for an opportunity to hone your recruiting skills and be a key player in attracting top talent to a growing Law Firm? We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team to engage and retain the best candidates.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience recruiting for professional roles in a rapidly growing organization. We are a fast-paced and fun team! Must be able to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and roll up your sleeves!  You must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm (U.S. Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities: 

Sourcing & Screening
  • Engage in candidate prospecting using JazzHR, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available and sourced candidates.
  • Assess candidates’ information, including resumes, portfolios and references.
  • Conduct prospective candidate outreach including messaging, direct phone calls, email outreach, text messaging, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of candidates, evaluating technical skills, leadership and cultural fit for alignment with our needs, values, and goals.
Workflow Management
  • Work closely with the Managing Recruiter to assess priority roles and prospective candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate contact information, including creating new candidate profiles in ATS.
  • Schedule interviews, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person/virtual interviews. Including with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Connect regularly with candidates in process to provide clear information and updates regarding the search progress and their candidacy.
  • Inform candidates that are disqualified in a timely and tactful manner, maintaining the relationship for future opportunities.
  • Conduct reference and background checks; generate, transmit and track candidate offers; and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
  • Closely monitor and adjust daily priorities to adapt to results to business needs.
Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting - including US and international based hiring/recruiting. 
  • Highly articulate with polished English communication abilities, both written and verbal (English C2 level).
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in a company in order to present the most qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of recruiting sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience working with ATS, knowledge of JazzHR will be considered a big plus.
  • The passion to engage candidates and establish a connection as they move through the interview process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage priorities and take on tasks that arise throughout the day.
  • Adept with tools and technologies such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Office, and Slack.
  • Focused on the importance of details, follow through, and time management.
  • High emotional intelligence and intellectual curiosity a big plus.
  • We are seeking a professional with strong work ethics who is responsive, responsible, and committed to learn and grow as a recruiter.
