We are looking for a Social Media Content Producer based in Latin America to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and fluent in English, with a passion for producing engaging, brand-consistent content across multiple social media platforms.
You will collaborate closely with our U.S.-based marketing team to grow the firm’s online presence, strengthen audience engagement, and support digital storytelling initiatives.

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Content Producer based in Latin America to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and fluent in English, with a passion for producing engaging, brand-consistent content across multiple social media platforms.
You will collaborate closely with our U.S.-based marketing team to grow the firm’s online presence, strengthen audience engagement, and support digital storytelling initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Produce engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Write clear, concise, and creative English-language captions and post copy
- Collaborate with the video team to plan, edit, and post short-form videos
- Schedule and manage posts using social media scheduling tools
- Monitor engagement and suggest strategies to improve reach and performance
- Stay current on trends, hashtags, and platform best practices
- C1 or C2 English proficiency required (fluency in spoken and written English)
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST (Fully Remote)
- Part-Time: Flexible hours available
- Rate: $8–$9 USD per hour
