Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our international remote team. This is an entry-to-junior level role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in data.  You will work closely with the Data Department Manager to execute clearly defined tasks, maintain reporting systems, and support the firm’s data-driven decision-making. This role offers a clear growth path, with high-performing team members advancing to senior analyst and data engineering roles.

Responsibilities

  • Execute data extraction and reporting tasks from platforms including Salesforce, SmartAdvocate, and Google BigQuery
  • Support KPI tracking, case reporting, and referral analytics
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio)
  • Cross-check data across systems and flag inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate updates in the team’s request tracking system
  • Perform routine data quality checks on reports and dashboards
  • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge resources
  • Communicate proactively regarding task progress, blockers, and timelines

Qualifications

Required

  • Basic to intermediate SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY)
  • Experience with at least one reporting tool (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Professional written English
  • Reliable availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to BigQuery or Google Cloud tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company
  • Interest in legal or professional services data

Compensation

$12-$15 per hour.  The candidate’s placement within the stated compensation range will be determined at Price Benowitz’s discretion, based on skill set, years of experience, and credentials.
